Fair Use
You may download or print pages from this site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you do not modify the content and retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials.

Part 2: Service Agreement
Scope of Work
Streamline Painting & More agrees to furnish the labor, materials, and supplies necessary to perform the services per the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract. Upon completion of the services, Streamline Painting & More will remove all materials, supplies, and other debris.
Project Description/Scope of Work
The specific tasks and responsibilities are detailed in the estimate provided. Streamline Painting & More is not required to perform any tasks not specified in the estimate.
Preparation
Interior: Streamline Painting & More will cover all floors and furniture before painting. Small holes will be patched, and cracks in trim will be filled. Glossy surfaces will be cleaned and sanded before painting.
Exterior: As specified in the proposal, necessary areas will be covered prior to painting. Surfaces will be prepped to remove peeling paint, primer will be applied to bare wood, and cracks will be filled with caulking. Upon project completion, job sites will be cleaned.
Paint/Materials
The estimate includes the cost of paint and materials. Customers must choose colors at least one week before the project’s start date. Additional charges may apply for color changes after work begins. All surfaces will receive two (2) coats of paint unless otherwise stated. Some accent colors may require additional coats, which will incur extra costs. In these cases, customers will be notified before work begins.
Unforeseen Conditions
If unforeseen repairs arise, the customer will be notified, and an additional work order will be issued for customer approval.
Painting Schedule
Customers will be informed of the project start date at least one week in advance. Additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
Customer Responsibility
The job site must be clean prior to the painters’ arrival. Wall hangings must be removed, and the work area must be free of other trades. The customer must be available on the last day of the project for a thorough walk-through with the crew lead or production manager.
Work Standard
Streamline Painting & More adheres to PCA (Painting Contractors Association) standards and protocol. Painters will remain on-site until the project is fully complete.

Warranty
Streamline Painting & More offers a three (3) year warranty on labor and materials upon project completion. This warranty excludes incidental damage, normal wear and tear, temperature changes, and cracks caused by expansion. Painted or stained horizontal walking surfaces are not covered. This warranty is transferable.
Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel the project within three days of acceptance by emailing us their cancellation notice.
Acceptance
Indicate acceptance of this estimate by clicking the “Accept” button and virtually signing. By accepting, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this proposal.
Payment
A 50% deposit of the total estimated price is required upon acceptance. For projects $15,000 or above, an additional 25% is due at the halfway mark, with the remaining 25% due upon completion. The project cannot begin until the deposit is paid. A 3% charge applies to credit card payments.
